It benefits from constant contact with Engineering Department and Quality Control
Centre in order to guarantee to our customers a quick and correct reply.
With TECNOSAT on line Service FIP provides its customers a qualified technical
interface for a detailed study and solution of problems related to the use of
the different products of FIP wide range.
When maintenance of defective or worn-out parts becomes necessary, the Technical
Assistance Service quickly takes control and intervenes.
A "Service Report" issued by TECNOSAT personnel that specifies all operations
carried out, certifies every maintenance job.
