The PVC-C TEMPERFIP100 system includes a complete range of pipelines, fittings for solvent welding sockets, threaded fittings, manual and actuated valves to be used for the construction or process and service lines for the transfer under pressure of industrial fluids at maximum operating temperatures of 100 °C.

The entire range is made in CORZAN PVC-C resins, classified to ASTM D1784 class 23447-B and compliant with requirements of DIN 8079, DIN 8080 and EN ISO 15493 for the use of plastic pipeline systems in industrial processes.

Among the main properties and characteristics of the TEMPERFIP100 PVC-C range the following can be noted:

• High chemical resistance: the use of CORZAN resins, obtained from processes of post-chlorination of homopolymer PVC enables the guarantee of high chemical resistance, especially with regard to strong inorganic acids, bases and alkaline solutions, while optimal mechanical properties remain unchanged in the transfer of hot industrial fluids. CORZAN resins offer total compatibility also for the transfer of treated and untreated drinking water as well as demineralised water and spa water for therapeutic and kinotherapeutic applications.
• Optimal thermal stability: above all in the intermediate temperature range from 20 °C to 85 °C PVC-C is ideal in industrial applications, guaranteeing optimal mechanical resistance, good rigidity, very low coefficients of thermal expansion and optimal safety factors in service.
• Resistance to fire: CORZAN PVC-C resins guarantee excellent resistance to fire, thanks to a flame onset temperature of 482 °C and a high limit of oxygen index LOI = 60%. CORZAN PVC-C resins are classified VO, 5VB e 5VA to UL94.
• Lifetime: CORZAN PVC-C resins feature a high value in the circumferential breaking strength (Minimum Required Strength MRS ≥ 25.0 MPa at 20 °C) and ensure extremely extended lifetime of installations, without signs of significant mechanical or physical deterioration.

All articles in the TEMPERFIP100 PVC-C system are manufactured on EU production sites, operating to the quality assurance system in compliance with ISO 9001. 

TEMPERFIP100 PVC-C is a range of products belonging to CORZAN INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, which represents an integrated system of products in PVC-C for industrial use, manufactured exclusively using CORZAN resins of LUBRIZOL. 

TEMPERFIP100 PVC_C System includes the Primer Cleaners and the TEMPERGLUE and TEMPERGLUE724 Solvent Cements. These items are produced with the same resin  PVC-C CORZAN used for the production of pipes, fittings and valves and assure long lasting high quality joints.
