VM-PVC - Diaphragm Valves

The FIP Diaphragm Valve VM is particularly suitable for regulation or on-off operations with dirty or abrasive fluids. The hand-wheel operator and the diaphragm type sealing, allow precise regulation and reduce the water hammer.
The innovative CDSA - Circular Diaphragm Sealing Area - system (up to DN50)offers the following mechanical advantages: - uniform distribution of the pressure made by the compressor on the sealing diaphragm
- up to 20% of bolt tightening torque reduction
- reduced mechanical stress on all valve components (actuator,body and diaphragm)
- easy internal cleaning
- lower risk of deposit accumulation, fluid contamination and damaging of the diaphragm due to the eventual crystallization
- reduction of the closing handwheel torque of the manual valves (up to 40%)

The FIP mini diaphragm valve VM is used for fast control and on/off operation, and is very small and compact, particularly suitable for use in laboratories.

CM-PVC - Compact Diaphragm Valves

The CM is a manually operated diaphragm valve, with small overall dimensions that enable easy installation even where space is a premium. The spindle, not in contact with the fluid, is in metal.

RM-PVC - Diaphragm Cocks

The FIP RM diaphragm cock is used for fast control and on/off operation. The various types of connections permit this valve to be installed on pipes made of rigid PVC, plasticized PVC, polyethylene and rubber.
