TKD-PVC-U - tree way Ball Valves DualBlock® series
The TKD is a 3 way ball valve, particularly suitable for industrial applications, where high performances and long time reliability are a must.
The patented Seat Stop® system assures great longevity of the seals in situations where vibration or thermal expansion occurs and a micro-adjusting of the PTFE seals is also allowed.

The TKD handle provides very good manoeuvrability, has a compact design and precision jointing with the valve stem; through the optional handle block, is also possible to block the handle in each position without increasing the overall valve dimensions.
TKD valve can be equipped with all the accessories of the DualBlock® series, including, now, the rotational stroke limiters (LTKD) that allows to turn handle and ball to a maximum operating angle of 90° or 180° during service.

The VE Easyfit is a PVC-U True Union ball valve with union nut rotation control system which introduces an advanced method of installation for a long trouble free service.
The new patented Easyfit system is based on the principle of the bevel gear pair has been applied to design the mechanism that controls the rotation of the union nuts during the valve installation. The use of the Easyfit multifunctional handle is the best solution to carry out maintenance operations in narrow spaces with limited access to the valve location.
VEE has been specifically designed for water applications; its locked ball seat carrier with adjustment system allows a safe operations on the pipeline.In the closed position, the pipeline can be disconnected downstream from the valve without any leakage.The valve is easy removable from the pipeline, allowing quick maintenance.

Easytorque Kit
Easytorque kit is the innovative tool designed by FIP for optimal tightening of all the threaded components included in Easyfit valves.
The kit has been specifically developed to adjust the tightening of VEE and VXE Ball seat carrier, SXE main seal safe blocked carrier and all Easyfit valves union nuts, applying a defined torque specified by the manufacturer.
The Kit can be also used for Dual Block® valves ball seat carriers tightening adjustment (DN10 to DN50).
