Since 1954 FIP produces valves and fittings in thermoplastic materials such as PVC-U, PP-H, C-PVC, PVDF, to be used in pressure piping fluids transportation.

Our History
      1995
Glynwed International PLC creates a division called Glynwed Pipe Systems entirely devoted to the production of valves, fittings and equipment for civil and industrial piping. Glynwed Pipe Systems constitutes 26% of the entire Group income and collect an annual gross turnover of about 300 million pounds Sterling (870 million Euros). In the same year the second building in Casella was finished thus achieving a total production area of approx. 18000 m2 organised in three specialised production units. The first one is dedicated to commodities production, the second one is dedicated to specialties production and techno-polymers moulding while the last one, known as FLS, is entirely dedicated to the production of electronic instruments for flow measurement and control with the aim of increasing and simplify factories' automation process.

Glynwed Pipe Systems division, with 74 companies located in 31 countries and over 6000 people employed all over the world, has become the core business of the Glynwed Group covering 78% of all activities.

      2000
FIP exports the vast range of its products, from the simple PVC fitting to the electronic flow sensor, in over 110 countries. FIP products own quality and high technology has allowed the Company to achieve a leading position in the field of thermoplastic manufacturing for industrial applications and piping systems.
